About

I am a 45-year-old French clinical nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science from Australia.

Background:

Before starting a new career in nutrition, I lived in the fast lane of fashion magazines and freelance styling. However, after having a child on the autism spectrum and personally experiencing multiple autoimmune diseases that conventional medicine could only manage via a lifetime of medication, rather than being healed, my interest shifted from fashion to health. Thanks to dietary changes, I was able to help significantly reduce the severity of my child’s autism, reverse two of my conditions and enter remission for the third. This led me to seek a formal education in nutrition to further my knowledge and give me the tools to help others and their health journey.

I know how it feels:

·       To be so exhausted at night, that moving from the sofa to bed seems an impossible task to overcome.

·       Shifting from struggling to keep my eyes open all day to suddenly being all bushy tail and bright eye from 10pm to 2am.

·       To wake up in bed drenched in sweat and suffer from debilitating brain fog at a time when I was nowhere near menopause or peri-menopause, as confirmed by gynaecologists and endocrinologists, who were unable to provide me with an alternative explanation.

·       To be in a hormonal roller coaster so extreme that I had to have 3 different bra cup sizes depending on the time of the month.

·       To suffer from olfactive sensitivity so severe that a MRI was ordered.

·       To be reduced to only eating 3 singular plain food to avoid excruciating pain and bloating.

·       To be bloated to a point of being congratulated for being pregnant.

·       To suffer from hyper and hypopigmentation all at once. Yes, it is possible!

·       To have a mystery illness that no-one knew what it was, let alone treat!

·       To feel like you are slowly dying while technically in the prime of your life…

If this resonates with you, reach out so that I can book you in, as I know I can help turning it all around for you as I have done it for myself.

What makes me really excited in the medical field today:

·       The realisation and recognition by scientists, specialists and GPs that the exponential rise of chronic diseases faced by the population today is due to environmental causes and a large part of this due to nutrition.

·       The new science of epigenetic which debunked the myth that “bad” genes was the cause of cancers and chronic diseases when in reality, genes you are born with are only responsible for 5%-10% of cancers and 20% of chronic diseases. Therefore, most of the time, causes of those diseases are not from our inherited genes but what we expose our genes to via toxins inhalation, consummation and skin absorption.
