Terms of service.

Booking: debit card details will be taken and stored securely upon booking and will only be debited upon cancellation without sufficient notice.

Payment:will be taken after consultation by card, in situ for telehealth consultation or over the phone for telehealth.

Cancelation:requires 24h notice, otherwise a cancellation fee of half the price of the consultation will be required.

Sickness:face-to-face unwell patients should cancel, rebook or change consultation to telehealth.

Babies and toddlers:can be brought in face-to-face consultation if restraint in their parents’ arms, baby capsules, baby carrier or pram to ensure their safety.

Children that are not patients:should not be brought in to face-to-face parents or guardian’s consultations for safety and insurance reasons, if sitting still on a chair for a long period of time is challenging for them.

Privacy:the clinic enforces the Privacy Act 1988 that regulates how client’s personal information is collected, used, stored and disclosed by healthcare professionals via the 13 Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).   

Treatment plans: are tailored made for the sole use of patients and therefore should not be shared by patients to help treat a 3rd party due to health and safety concerns. Food and supplements not specifically prescribed to a patients can have dire health consequences when not having had a sorrow medical history and supplementation and medication taken and reviewed. Additionally, relaying or reusing the information given in the treatment plan is a breach of intellectual property.
